CupHead is an action game in the typical run-and-gun style, with a strong emphasis on boss fights. The images and sounds are painstakingly crafted with the same techniques that were used during the era, including classic hand drawn cel animation, watercolor backgrounds, and original jazz records. The cartoons of the 1930s served as inspiration for their creation.

You can play as either Cuphead or Mugman in single player or local co-op mode as you explore exotic realms, gain new weapons, master strong super powers, and uncover hidden mysteries while you work toward paying off your debt to the devil.
